Fluxcart – Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

1. How long will it take to receive my order?
We usually deliver within 5–7 business days in metro cities and 7–10 business days in other areas. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

2. Do you charge for shipping?
We offer Free Shipping on all prepaid orders. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, an additional fee may apply.

3. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/Email. You can use that link to check the live status of your order.

4. Do you accept Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, we accept COD on most products. However, a small COD charge may apply. For faster processing, we recommend prepaid orders.

5. Can I return or exchange my product?
Yes, you can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your product. Please make sure the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. For full details, check our Return & Refund Policy.

6. How will I get my refund?

Prepaid orders → Refund is credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

COD orders → Refund is issued to your bank account/UPI ID after confirmation.


7. What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.

8. Do you ship outside India?
Currently, we only deliver within India. International shipping is not available at the moment.
